CR America was founded on a simple but powerful
belief: that every client deserves expert guidance, honest counsel, and access
to the best market intelligence available. What began as a small residential
brokerage in Plainfield, Illinois in 2003 has grown into one of Chicago’s most
respected full-service real estate firms

In 2004, we opened our second
office in the vibrant Bucktown neighborhood, planting our roots in Chicago’s cultural heart. Over the following years, we expanded to multiple Chicago locations, always staying true to our local roots while building global connections.

In 2017, we opened our flagship headquarters at 401 N Michigan Avenue — right on the Magnificent Mile — cementing our place among Chicago’s premier real estate brands. Today, CR America holds an

Illinois state real estate brokerage license and serves clients across the full spectrum of residential and commercial real estate — from first-time home buyers in the suburbs to international investors placing capital in Chicago’s booming commercial market.
